At GinnyZen, we are committed to delivering your "Logically Bold" statements to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because every item is custom-printed just for you, our shipping process includes a dedicated production phase before dispatch.

 


1. Order Processing Time

  • Production: Each order enters production as soon as it is confirmed.

     

  • Timeframe: Most orders are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 2–3 business days.

     

  • Specialty Items: All-over print (AOP) designs or complex apparel may take up to 5 business days to process.

     

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with leading Indian courier services to ensure wide coverage across the country.

 

  • Standard Shipping: Available for over 29,000+ pincodes across India, including Metros, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

     

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

     

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain regions, such as the Northeast or remote islands, may take 7–15 business days via India Post.

     

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are determined based on the weight of the package and your delivery location.

     

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD for most pincodes. Please note that a small additional convenience fee (approx. ₹40) may apply for COD orders to cover courier collection charges.

     

4. Tracking Information

  • Real-Time Updates: As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

     

  • Status Stages: You can track your "Logically Bold" gear through various stages: Processing, Shipped, and Out for Delivery.

     

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive for speed, factors like extreme weather, public holidays, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays.

     

  • Undelivered Packages (RTO): If a package is undelivered after multiple attempts (due to an incorrect address or refusal at the door), it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, though additional shipping charges may apply.

     

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at ginnyzenindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue immediately.
