Return and Refund Policy

Since GinnyZen operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model where each item is custom-made for you, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the unique nature of our products.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Manufacturing Defects: We accept returns if the product has a clear manufacturing defect, such as stitching issues or printing errors.

  • Wrong Item: If you receive a different size, color, or design than what you ordered, it is eligible for a full replacement.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: Because each shirt is custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns if you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.

  • Size Issues: We do not offer returns for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Timeframe

  • Notification: You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Window: Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

4. Damaged or Defective Product Handling

  • Evidence Required: To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, please email ginnyzenindia@gmail.com with high-quality photos or a short video showing the defect and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Verified defective items will be replaced and reshipped to you at zero additional cost.

5. Exchange Options

  • Direct Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for the exact same design and size if the original arrived damaged or was the wrong item sent by us.

  • Size Exchanges: While we don't offer standard returns for sizing, we want you to love your fit. Contact our support team to see if you qualify for a discounted "Fresh Fit" replacement.

6. Refund Process and Timing

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Method: For prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will provide the refund as store credit or via UPI/Bank Transfer.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: GinnyZen will cover the shipping costs for returning and replacing items that are defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Other Returns: In specific cases where a return is granted for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and a restocking fee.
